Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, however, if you are not here is what to do:

We will accept returned items within 14 days of purchase.

All Items are returned at the buyer’s expense.

Damaged items must be reported to the seller within 48 hours of delivery, if the packaging appears to be damaged on delivery, note this on the delivery form or machine before signing.

Returned items must be received in new condition and undamaged, not used in any way and in all their original undamaged packaging, in a condition that they can be sold as new before any refund can be made.

Goods are returned at the buyers risk, you must use an insured postage method, signed for service. Eg. Royal Mail Recorded Service (UK).

Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary slightly as they are all handmade, making each piece unique!
